Janz Team Ministries is an independent faith mission and a member of CrossGlobal Link (formerly IFMA). It is commonly known as 'Janz Team' and has just over one hundred workers overseas and in North America.

Historically it has focused on evangelism with a clear call to a conscious and active faith in Christ. The work has expanded to include many forms of evangelism, the most recent being TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), mainly in camp settings.

JTM is also very involved in educational ministries including Black Forest Academy, an international school primarily for missionary children located in Kandern, Germany. In addition, a new program called TeachBeyond, with a focus on training and sending out teachers, is broadening the scope of impact on education across continents.
