Janz Team Ministries is an independent faith mission and a member of CrossGlobal Link (formerly IFMA). It is commonly known as 'Janz Team' and has just over one hundred workers overseas and in North America.
Historically it has focused on evangelism with a clear call to a conscious and active faith in Christ. JTM is also very involved in educational ministries including Black Forest Academy, an international school primarily for missionary children located in Kandern, Germany. Recently, JTM has placed a special focus on training and sending out teachers, thereby broadening the scope of impact on education across continents.

The Boards of Janz Team Ministries (USA and Canada) are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. George Durance as President. Dr. Durance comes to the mission after serving for twelve years as the President of Ambrose University College, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, formerly known as Canadian Bible College and Theological Seminary. Prior to this he served for six years as teacher and an additional six years as Director at Black Forest Academy, a division of Janz Team Ministries. He succeeds Jack Stenekes, who has served as Executive Director of Janz Team Ministries for the last ten years, and will continue with the mission as Vice-President of Operations.
The Boards are pleased as well to announce that Janz Team Ministries is changing its name to TeachBeyond. The tagline for TeachBeyond, ‘Transformational Education Services,’ expresses a more intentional focus on education as a means of fulfilling the Great Commission. The transition to the name TeachBeyond will be progressive rather than immediate and the U.S. office location will be moving from Buffalo, New York to Bloomingdale, Illinois.
